ServiHogar24 (RACC Group), an insurance company aiming to be a benchmark in quality home assistance provision, contacted us because they needed to streamline claims processing.

They required high availability and scalability as it needed to handle processing of over 500,000 claims per year and involve more than 7,000 users including processors and providers. Additionally, it had to integrate and communicate with legacy systems.

The key to transformation

The solution built involves developing a new claims management system based on an integrated BPM solution, with custom development using AWS Cloud infrastructure, and a new data platform for claims management.

On one hand, the new BPM platform enables the generation, tracking, control, closure, and invoicing of services 24/7, connected with critical legacy services such as opening new claims, interoperability, and invoicing. It has been progressively migrated and integrated with other legacy services.

On the other hand, the data platform allows claims management by providers, auditors, appraisers, and insurers with serverless processes for ETL without impacting business. It includes a data mesh (domain-owned data, data as a product, self-service data platform, federated governance), generation of KPIs at no additional cost, self-maintained data management, and production delivery through IaC (SAM + CDK).
